I seem to have lost a blog entry but it was nothing important so let me fill you guys in on what has been happening. I have joined a gym and I have been working out 4 days a week now for almost a month. I certainly feel better but I can't say that I look that much better yet. I guess it takes time for this stuff to start to show on your body, I guess I won't see much until the fat is all gone. So what else, I stubbed my toe really hard the other day at the gym and it turned black and I had to get it removed that was fun... the toenail had to be removed btw not my toe duh. I did take some new pics a few weeks ago and I have been spending a decent amount of time on the internet dating site that I am a member of but not as much time as I would like. I kind of wanted to keep working out a bit more and then take some fresh pics before I really started to go nuts on the site and send out tons of messages. That isn't to say that I haven't been sending out messages to girls and having some success because I have. The thing is though that so far I am only hearing from older women. I am talking about women that are 37-45 which is fine by me because I think I would be more comfortable with an older woman who's expectations may not be that high.

Young women probably have big expectations when it comes to sexual performance. Hell I am still a shitty kisser let a lone a good lay. I need to get better at kissing otherwise I won't make it passed first base with anyone. Anyways, I did manage to go out on one date with this woman who was quite attractive. I am pretty sure I made some classic newbie mistakes because I didn't hear from her again but at least I spent some time with her and well let's face it, it was a learning experience. Her name was Gretchen and she was an assistant branch manager for a bank here in San Fransisco. We exchanged a few messages through the online dating site messaging system and then I asked her if she used MSN. She said no and just gave me her phone number instead. So I called her and we had a nice chat that lasted about 90 minutes. I then chatted with her a few more conversations on the phone and then finally asked her if she would like to grab a coffee sometime. She said sure and we met last saturday. We met at this cool place here in town called Four Barrel Coffee. The place was very cool and I was really nervous to meet her even though it was just coffee.

I arrived 15 minutes early for some stupid reason so I could sit there with my coffee and just feel all apprehensive and like I was going to throw up. I swear to God, I saw at least 5 women that I thought was her before she finally came in. She was VERY attractive, at least I thought she was. I was kind of overwhelmed by her presence and I can barely remember what I said to her during the first 20 minutes. She seemed like she was having a semi-reasonable time with me but she was asking me a lot of questions and I was starting to feel like she was weeding me out So I tried to counter this by asking her a bunch of questions. I was really attracted to her but I couldn't tell if she was attracted to me. I think I must have drank about 4 coffees while we sat there for two hours shooting the shit. Eventually she was like ok I have to get going but it was nice meeting you and I was like yeah sure totally then we shook hands and parted company at the coffee shop. I thought that maybe it had gone decent but I kinda new in the back of my mind it had gone bad... or mainly I had not won her over with my personality. I talked to her on MSN the next day and she told me I was a "nice guy" but not really her type
